According to the official announcement, "A strange meeting draws heroes Naoe and Yasuke into a original adventure, where whispers of prohibited rituals and monstrous transformations resonate through the shadows." The storyline introduces a "unusually garbed woman named Ada" who charges the pair with venturing into the Crystal Cave—a key location from Attack on Titan—to rescue her companion from a clandestine cult.
The adventure centers on "bizarre tests and a fearsome foe" and is available to all players who have unlocked the Yasuke character.

The preview showcases the Underground Chapel from Attack on Titan reimagined as the Crystal Cave. This significant location was formerly where the Reiss royal family transmitted the Founding Titan ability through ages.
